We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and packaged the same day they are placed or by the next business day. Once your order has been packaged and a shipping label has been created, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 

Shipping and delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier service interruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages. No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
